FISH CrossFit is a box founded by Gabby and Wes Sanders. We believe in providing programming and resources available to achieve optimal results for all members. Our goal is to positively impact the lives of as many people as possible using CrossFit as the platform to build a community that is strong in body and mind.

In CrossFit, there are ten standard principles to maximize overall physical fitness: Cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, accuracy.

Wes has been training and competing since he was old enough to play sports, but his true passion is coaching. Following high school Wes continued his strength and conditioning as a football coach at Eastern Local for six years. Enter CrossFit in 2013, taking his training and coaching to a whole new level.

To teach and learn is a strong passion that he embraces in his own training.
